Not saying Mark here is right or wrong, because I really don't know myself. But there are times consumers know way better than the producers in terms of what would work and what wouldn't. It's not always right to doubt the company, but it's not always right to fully trust them either. I think gathering of facts are important here, but currently we lack a lot of it to come to a final conclusion .
