technically, you can accomplish just about any sleights no matter how hard in a matter of weeks, some of the harder sleights that will require long term practice no matter how good you are at magic might take up to 3 months, but it's really a matter of HOW you use the sleights, you can learn the globe and then master it 100%, but if that's all you're gonna do then it's not going to help much in performances
BTW, the amount of time you have to put in to be able to apply a sleight to your performance is about half a year( you should be able to master lots of sleights by then), if you're smart enough, i wasn't so it took me a year to be able to apply my sleight to effects that i made up

Globe is a hard coin trick (for more advanced coin magicians). So ideally, if you are persistent with your practices you should be able to do globe in a month or 2. But it will take you much longer to master the slieght.
