This made my day. I get why people think they look good, but... there is no single 'D' in my name nor in 'street/close-up magic' nor in any famous casino's name I'm familiar with other than in the mi
ddle of names or wor
ds like in 'Gol
den Nugget' and 'car
d magic'.
There is no way I can explain to my spectators why there are two D's on the backs of the cards I use, or in case it wouldn't actually be D's but some shape instead, what it actually is... apart from a fairly rare
deck of car
ds by people who are practicing a
different kind of art than me.
It's just too branded in my opinion. I know, my own upcoming deck has M's and S-looking shapes on the back as well, but at least you can say it stands for '(Super) Street Magic' or something else, rather than being stuck to 'Dream Deck'.
