I think I might have a problem here

...

I just purchased this download (together with the Practical Pass pre-order) using my uncle's credit card, under his name, but my email and address.

However, I did not receive the download link for this. I only received an email confirming the purchases. I checked my spam/junk mail but still could not find it.

I wonder if I'm too impatient and have to wait a little longer for the download link to be sent, or is anything else going wrong resulting in me not getting the link after purchasing? I hope you would enlighten me on what could possibly be done to solve my problem here. (e.g. Do I have to send an email and include more details and pieces of evidence?)
