By purchasing any of our items, you acknowledge that sharing or duplication of login information or any item (either partially or as a whole) is strictly forbidden. Any violation will constitute in a fine of $80,000 USD (eighty thousand American dollars). It is your responsibility and duty to keep all of the information and items safe and private.
Orders cannot be placed by anyone of less than eighteen (18) years of age without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If an item happens to be out of stock, you will receive a refund accordingly.
When purchasing pre-orders, you approve of the fact that these are produced in indefinite amounts of time.

Products cannot be returned, with the exception of pre-damaged physical items. Pre-damaged means that the items were shipped in a damaged and useless condition. Downloadable items can by no means be returned.
In case you do not add insurance to your order and your package gets lost or the content gets damaged during the shipping, we are not held responsible for this. Nevertheless we will still try to assist you to make up for your loss.
If your product happens to be pre-damaged, please contact us and we will replace the item or will send you an online version of it, if possible. If not, you will receive a refund.
