I currently use a Canon EOS T2i/Rebel T2i/550D which we actually ordered just for our upcoming releases. This thread was about the overprized yet extremely solid Samsung HMX-H105 though (the fact mine broke was just really bad luck). Also, I got a Logitech C910 webcam which I have used in low-light situations and still use on the computer. 'Smooth 360' was filmed with the Samsung, an Aiptek AHD Z700 (don't ever get this) and a Sony Cybershot DSC-T2. In the past I mainly used Sony Cybershot photo cameras to film but none of those were HD (although the new series have HD capabilities). The only thing is that except for in the studios (where our DVD releases were filmed), the lighting over here is absolutely horrible. This will change once we moved, which will be within the next couple of weeks.

If I would have to recommend any camera, it'd be the Sony DSC-HX1 though. That camera's price is a true steal for the quality it delivers:
