Very... epic! Hehe. I like it. ^_^
The change seems extremely similar to Carlten V.'s 'Voyage' though:

Also, I noticed you sell DVDs as downloadables.. and in unlimited amounts. You know that is extremely illegal, right?

Woah Rafie Rafael. You've got some nerve! People like you are not welcome in decent forums such as this. We support the art of magic. You don't.

Releasing Carlten V.'s 'Voyage Change' as your own doesn't make it any better... :hm:

Give credits where credits are due
Credits need to be given in products, in lectures and to video performances. It also means that you cannot blatantly rename effects and routines. In case the original name involves a specific prop and you use another prop in your performance, you are allowed to change this part of the name so that it would suit your performance. In case the original differs from your take, you can rename it as well, but you will still have to give credits to the original creator.

Credits usually include those who came up with the techniques you use. Techniques without any known creators could be skipped. In case it is a fully independent creation, you are allowed to say that as well, although doing some research is much more appreciated. If research has been done and it still appears to be an original creation, there is nothing wrong by giving credits to just yourself. However, if an earlier publication has been overlooked, a correction has to be made.
It's okay if it's an independent creation, but you clearly released the tutorial after you saw Carlten's video, as it was the first thing I posted in this thread and you even have it included in your first reply..

You may as well want to check out http://magicethics.com because you seem to be missing out on a lot..

So give me some advised....should i leave it or delete the tutorial...

In this particular case, deleting the tutorial is the only right thing to do. Of course the performance can stay up.

If in the future you come up with anything independently, it'd be best to ask around if people (magicians) have seen it before or if it might be original. If it seems original, you can release a tutorial of it. But if then anyone is able to prove someone else came up with the same thing before, you will have to add credits (to the trailer/performance/product page) which usually is all that needs to be done then. However, if before releasing a tutorial it's been proven that someone else came up with it before, deleting the tutorial (or simply.. not releasing it at all) is the only correct way of dealing with it.

Hope that helps. :)
