i think, there are 3 mains points where you need to improve at:

-the control: the control was too awkward, as it sped up too much compared to the other movements, you need to learn how to do the control more slowly, or simply find another.
-the end: try and justify why you need to put that card on top, because it looks to me like you just THREW( if it was dropped, it would be better) the card onto the top of the deck, and then took it off, you'd be better off putting all 3 onto the deck and spread it.
-the handling: you shake a bit to much... don't be nervous, it's just a camera

I found it pretty hard to follow what was going on.. and perhaps too much was going on. The title does describe it well but I don't personally think that's such a good thing in this case. A card is selected, then 3 more, but what are they for.. then the original selection pops up in the middle, oh! ok.. but from then on I was totally lost. Where is the selection now? Oh, there it is, but why? etc. It feels like I'm trying to catch a fly, and it's not fun. Colour would help a bit to pick out which card is which, and maybe zoom in a bit, but overall I think there is just too much happening here. Is it a sandwich effect or some kind of hybrid? Patter would of course help as this routine has quite a few things happening; but if you're gonna keep it wordless I think simplifying it will help alot. The moves aren't bad at all; but as la0o9 said above, you need a better justification for some of them or they begin to look a little suspect. Overall an interesting piece but I do think it needs some diluting to keep it as fresh and interesting as possible. Keep at it! :)
